In recent news, International Safety Group announced the addition of a number of management positions. Robert Simoni is joining the team as the Chief Financial Officer, where he will be managing all of ISG’s financial activities. As explained in a recent press release, “Robert is deeply involved in the daily operations of ISG and works closely with the sales staff to develop the company’s pricing strategy. Robert also takes an active role in business development, which includes negotiating joint venture and business alliances.”
Denise M. Groneman is also joining the company as the COO. Prior to joining International Safety Group in December of 2012, Mr. Groneman was the VP of Administration and Operations for Certified Site Safety. As described in the press release, “Ms. Groneman brings more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Being on both the operations and management teams in the past, Denise is able to work closely with both executives teams and employees to achieve the cooperation and team work necessary to run the day to day of a successful organization.”
Two other new hires include Michael Benjamin as the Chief Compliance Officer and Treasurer and Mikhail Geller as the Chief Accounting Officer. As Michael Gianatasio, the Presidnet and CEO of the International Safety Group said, “I am pleased to announce these additions to our management team as the company continues to execute its strategy and as its pipeline of new business opportunities expands.
